This looks exactly as pictured. The fabric is a substantial weight and has a nice sheen to it without being overly shiny or slippery. It is very well tailored. My son wore it all day and was comfortable the whole time. The hat is beautifully made and comfortable on baby as well. Green stains from my son teething on a cucumber washed out perfectly (hand washed) so I have to say it washes excellent too. Absolutely heirloom quality. I also have to mention customer service is top notch, they are there to help make your child's day perfect for sure. The size charts are exact as well.

I loved it and the sizing chart was spot on! Had to order 24 month size for my almost one-year-old, so make sure you measure! Don't know how they got the gorgeous baby boy to wear the bonnet, but so far my ds is not letting me :)

I ordered this outfit for my nephew for his christening. I was initially worried about the sizing, but I called the customer service representative and she was absolutely wonderful. She assured me that if I measured correctly, it would fit. I must say, after receiving it, it was beautiful. I was so excited for my nephew's dress rehearsal. We took pictures and his big day was 4 days away. The shipping was also very quick and I used the USPS. I ordered on a Thursday night and received my order on the following Monday.

I ordered the Sawyer baptism outfit for my 7 month old son's baptism. Ordering something sigh-unseen was initially a bit worrisome, but fear not - the size chart was spot on! I measured my son and according to the chart, he needed a size 18 months (yes, he's a big boy). The outfit fit perfectly, as if it had been custom sewn for him.
The romper itself is very beautifully made, with lovely trim, adorable buttons, and very nice hemming. The material was thick but soft, and of good quality. The "matte satin" description is perfect, and that's exactly how this looks - satin-y without the gloss, and very nice to the touch. The bonnet was absolutely adorable and fit perfectly as well. We ordered the satin Oxford shoes to go along with the outfit, and it looked very nice together.
We felt that this romper was perfect for the occasion because it was adorable and dressy without being too gaudy or over the top. Our son looked too precious for words and got a lot of compliments. He wore it for almost the whole day and seemed very comfortable, which was impressive since I had anticipated him wanting to get out of it by dinner.
I'd gladly use this outfit again in the future if we have another boy, and given the good experience, I'd probably order a girl's outfit from One Small Child as well. Our order came very nicely packaged and shipped very quickly.
