Your purchase at One Small Child comes with a total satisfaction guarantee--in fact, it's our top priority! If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days, and we'll promptly refund the merchandise amount.
If you utilized our Free Shipping Offer, and your return causes the merchandise total of your original order to fall below $100 (free shipping applies only to USA orders over $100), $5.00 will be deducted from your refund to defray initial shipping costs.
If you requested the wrong size or item and need to send it back in exchange for another size or style, a shipping charge will apply. (If there was a mistake on our part, there will be no charge for the sending the replacement.)
Please be sure to use our measurement charts to determine the correct size the first time you order. Do not try to determine the correct size by the child's age, weight, or the size they are currently wearing in other clothing brands. We have measured each style, allowing for wearing ease. If you order according to the size matching the measurements on the size chart, you will get a good fit and will not have the extra expense of returning an item.
All returned items must be unused, with all hang tags and labels in their original position in order to receive a full refund. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of worn, soiled, washed, monogrammed or customized articles.

How to Return an Item:
Complete and include the return form with your package. Be sure to record your name, order ID number, and reason for the return. (If you have misplaced the return form, print one here.)
No authorization number is required for returns, so you don't need to call or email in advance.
Send your return to: One Small Child Returns Dept., 26 N. 470 W., Blackfoot, Idaho 83221. We recommend you select a service that offers a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation.
When we receive your returned item we will issue a credit to your card within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 4-5 business days after the refund is processed for the transaction to post at your bank.

How to Exchange an Item:
To make an exchange, place a new order for the item you desire. (We are not able to process exchanges via our Return Form at this time.)
Follow the return instructions listed above for the item you wish to return.
