Christening Gowns, Outfits, Communion Dresses at One Small Child

Today I get to share a photo of my own darling girl…she was baptized a few weeks ago, and knew this was THE dress the first time she laid eyes on it, nearly a year ago. 

Kayla’s grandmother, Patricia, kindly sent beautiful photos of Kayla’s First Holy Communion, held May 2, 2009. She commented:

“Kayla looked absolutely stunning with the [Miss Tiffany communion dress, beaded veil,] satin shoes and pearl bracelet…thank you for the fine service and quality merchandise…Kayla loved everything and had a most joyous day.”

Steven sent this gorgeous photo of his daughter in her first communion dress last year, he comments:

“I just wanted to send a picture of our daughter in her Miss Destiny dress and veil. One Small Child was truly spectacular in providing a beautiful quality design. Your company was amazing in getting the dress and halo to us in a short period of time. Our daughter felt wonderfully special during the event and at her communion dinner.

Beth sent this picture of her lovely daughter along with her note:

“I had to write and tell you how pleased we were with the communion dress as well as your service. I ordered the Shaylee and wound up ordering two other dresses in different sizes (which should be on their way back to you.)

The dress exceeded expectations. It was absolutely gorgeous and everyone who saw my daughter in it thought so as well. It was a wonderful mixture of simplicity and beauty. My daughter felt very special for her first communion and the May crowning…

Beautiful Katie’s mother, Marie, writes:

I want to thank you for making such a beautiful dress! Katie loves it so much and wants to wear it all the time. Her baptism was wonderful and she will always remember that beautiful, wonderful day! Thank you so much for putting your heart into all that you do! You are such a blessing in our lives!”

Justina’s mother, Susan, writes:

“We got the dress this evening. Justina tried it on right away to see how it fit. I wanted to share the photos with you. She just loves the dress!”

Ahhh…that picture of a girl running to try on her special new dress…it’s part of what makes our job so fun!

Jo Ann wrote this kind note in regards to the Miss Destiny communion dress and braided pearl halo veil she purchased for her grand-daughter last year:

“Thought you might like to see a picture of one of your dresses on a First Communicant. Gillian made her Communion on May 19th, 2007 and, of course got “oohs” and “aahs” on the dress. One mother was overheard to say to another: ‘That’s the Destiny Dress.’ She was the only one with that dress out of 150 children and wore it again at the request of the pastor at her ‘Second Communion’ the next Sunday along with the other children.

 Her mom was very impressed with the way the dress was packaged when received. She said it was like ‘opening a present!’
