Measure your child without bulky clothing.

Place the measuring tape snug, not tight, around the chest. The crotch measurement is the most important to fit: Measure the crotch from the shoulder to the bottom of the diaper.

These are the actual bodysuit measurements. This garment stretches to fit. If you order according to these measurements, the gown or outfit will fit comfortably.

If your child's measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size.
